Product Implementation Specialist
Description:
The Product Implementation Specialist augments the company’s Implementation Service Team by taking ownership and responsibility for pre-sale assessments and post-sale managerial deployments. The specialist will be responsible for leading and delivering a sound, working and satisfactory product to newly implemented clients on time, on budget, and using the assigned resources. The role requires an individual to use strong communication skills to manage the initial steps of the process with new clients.
Job Requirements:
•Consultatively work with new clients to define their requirements and assist
with product set up
•Manage client expectations for their online application implementation
•Coordinate training schedules with new clients
•Facilitate and track required paperwork
•Follow the documented internal implementation processes
•Deliver top quality customer service throughout the implementation
process
•Communicate effectively with excellent verbal and written skills
•Build strong relationships with client team members, work successfully under
pressure, maintain positive attitude, and meet client project deadlines in an
efficient and professional manner
Qualifications:
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
•Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively and
independently
•Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
•Proficiency with CRM software is a plus
