Great Lead Web Dev. Opp. for Ground Floor Startup

Join bright, experienced co-founders in a ground floor B2C startup
focused on US Hispanics and Latin America in a proven multi-billion
dollar market business model.

We have a site that is almost live and are looking for an experienced
and creative senior level developer to take the functionality and
scale to the next level. Can work from home for now.

Required Skills / Experience:

* 3+ years developing scalable web based LAMP / social networking
based B2C solutions

* Solid computer science foundation (e.g., experience with OOAD, agile
/ XP methodologies, TDD / unit test automation, subversion)

* Experience as a technical lead / architect working in at least one
5+ employee small high-growth revenue generating startup

Nice to Have (at least two of the below bullets):

* osCommerce development

* Facebook app development

* mobile app development (e.g., iPhone, Android, RIM)

* SMS interaction development

* SEO / SEM experience

* BS or higher in CS or related field from a top university

* Fluency in English and Spanish is ideal but not required

This is a ground floor opportunity to be the third full time employee
(could start as temp to perm).
