Tugg is an Austin-based startup in the film industry. Through Tugg,
individuals are empowered to select a film, screening time, and nearby
theater, and then spread the word to their immediate and online community.
Once a necessary amount of people commit to attending, the event will be
confirmed, and Tugg will reserve the theater, manage ticketing and ensure
delivery of the film; allowing the audience to sit back and enjoy the show.

Unlike many start-ups, our revenue model is already working and user
interaction with our platform is increasing rapidly. If you're interested
in working with JSON, Rails 3+, jQuery, building APIs from scratch and
javascript integration tools ("widgets"), Tugg might be the place for you.
In short, we're looking for Ruby Developers to help continue building a
revolutionary event management platform.

Required Skills *

   - 3 years of programming experience expected, 2 years of Ruby on Rails
   included.
   - Our platform utilizes Rails 3+, jQuery, Coffeescript, ExtJS, mySql.
   Candidates should have work experience with all.
   - Experience working in a start-up environment is important. Great
   attitude, strong work ethic, the desire to interact with users, and the
   ability to comprehend ever-changing business needs are a must.
