Where is RefineryCMS on the roadmap right now? All the issues for the 2.1/2.2 milestones being closed made me think new release is just around the corner. And I almost convinced myself Philip Arndt wrote somewhere that 2.1 was scheduled around July. Unfortunately, I can find no proof for that now. :) Could rough estimate be given on how far are we from 2.1/2.2/2.3?

We are all quite busy at the moment sorry.

I intend to release 2.1.0 in about 4-5 days so edge might be a better bet :-)

Sorry to badger you on this one - I'm sure you're very busy Phil, but is there any new information on this and a release date? I'm super-keen to try out the new menu navigation stuff you were working on (for performance reasons) but am nervous about putting my production site onto edge to do this.

I'd just use the master branch. We try very hard to keep this stable and it is stable pretty much all the time. The only thing we are waiting on is documentation for how to use the new features in 2.1.0 as otherwise we will get lots of emails about it :-)

OK. I just had a crack at trying to upgrade - and sure enough lots of things work a bit differently. The end result appears to  mean that my site will need quite a bit of work to get it to run under RefineryCMS 2.1. I'm sure you guys know about most of these issues so I'm thinking I'll probably just wait for the documentation and save myself a bunch of time poking round the source of the new release. FWIW, after fixing a few things, it looks like the blog engine is going to give me the most grief with the upgrade.

I am really hoping the (cacheable) menu Presenter stuff ramps up my production performance since rendering the menus for every page seems to take well over 50% of the server time under refinery 2.0.10.

Thanks for your hard work and I look forward to the full release with documentation
