I'm getting uninitialized constant RefineryPage when trying to seed on a new install (existing app)

I have been trying to add Refinery 2.0.3 into an existing (pre-
release) app and it has been a serious PITA. I had a number of issues
with Devise 2.x (had to up to 2.x as well). After I finally got past
those and tried to run the seed I'm getting the error pasted into the
gist below. I included a partial schema and my full gemset as well
for reference.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
