Need a URL helper

I'm needing a URL helper for the layout I'm overriding.

I found marketable_page_path works except with extensions.

With extensions, for example, my own or with refinerycms-news, I get
marketable_page_path is an undefined method exception.

Is there a URL helper that works with extensions? Do I need to define
my helpers in routes.rb?
