Moving RedDot CMS DBs to new SQL box

We are in the process of moving our RedDot backend to new hardware.
Copying projects to the new hardware is done.
We see two DBs we're not quite sure what to do with.
IoAdministration and IoApplication.
Thoughts?

They are the two main databases that are the backend for reddot. They
hold all teh settings like users groups and all the server stuff.
If you move them you will need to modify teh sql settings in teh
rdserver.ini file
