Hey everyone, sorry to spam you guys with this but I know this community likes them some Breaking Bad.  Long story short, a friend is putting together a presentation for organic chem lab on the recrystallization of impure substances. They asked if there was a 30-45 second clip which talks about making meth, or the chemistry of making crystals. It's been a while since I saw the first couple seasons but I remember they talk about the science a few times.

Anyone have a scene or two in mind? I have access to the first 4 seasons but I didn't know which episodes to look at...

Thanks in advance!

Yeah, after much digging yesterday, the actual process really isn't talked about, only "shown" through music montages.  So I used one of those!  Thanks!

There's a scene in the pilot episode that *might* be suitable, where Walt (the main character) is talking to his students about the overall subject of chemistry.   He talks about how it's the study of change - "growth, then decay, then transformation."

They've never really gone into the specifics of how meth is made or how crystals form, as far as I remember.
