Our bathroom is fucked

I think most of you saw my photos, and updates. Our bathroom is fucked. Shit's falling from the ceiling - big chunks of drywall and pieces of concrete.

The Super is on vacation, and the limpdick who's temporarily replaced him is non-responsive, at best. We are going to need some heavy-duty firepower on monday - does anyone know a lawyer?

Falling ceilings *may* break your head open but those damn baby blue tiles will break your spirit. 

I think it's obvious what should be fixed first.

We called 311, waiting for a response. We are definitely documenting everything, it's being uploaded basically daily to prove timestamps.
