I've tried really hard to make a few available PHP implementations work and
discovered that I can comment, but only infrequently and I can't vote EVER.

Someone suggested this might be a user-agent problem so I set that, but it
hasn't changed anything. Do I need a verified e-mail on my bot account?

Here's most of the code I'm currently using (I dumped the unnecessary parts
