a note to windows users

As a note, I'm getting actually great speeds on windows startup time
by using
faster_gem_script gem

it says in the jruby cookbook that "build_configuration.yaml file is
well documented" anybody know where this documentation might be?

Heh. Mixed my mailing groups there.
Anyway I'm getting good startup speeds by using the faster_gem_script
gem and setting application_plugin.yaml
"stay_resident_after_last_window_closed" to true.
