I'm porting an old project with a custom built ORM to redbean. My
problem is, the database obviously already exists. Unfortunately, the
schema is defined with caps in table and column names.
All primary key fields are named "Id" (capital I) instead of "id". Is
there any way I can use this database with redbean without modifying
the database schema?

Unfortunately, I don't think this is going to be well supported... see: http://redbeanphp.com/extra/custom_mapping

That is unfortunate indeed. I guess I can still use all the get*()
features, while slowly porting all the code to RB, then rename the
fields.
