I've been cycling for 45 years or so. In the last 5 or 6 years I
started investigating cycles other than 2 wheel uprights. Mainly
because my neck and back hurt a lot. My hands get numb and I hear long
term it's not good for the prostate.
Last fall I took the plunge and purchased an American Cruiser.
It has 2 wheels in front and a single wheel in the back. I must admit I
really find it better to ride. I do use some different muscle groups,
more of a workout on the tops of my legs. I sure feel better, no more
back and neck ache. My hands never get numb.
