Must Haves:
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Enterprise 2010
- Worked with SQL Server 2008 or 2010 in database development, Installation and Maintenance.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server (writing and debugging queries)
- Strong Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#.NET, XML, ADO.NET & Web Services technologies
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with Multi-tier .NET architecture capable of supporting new and existing web applications.
- Strong experience with SharePoint Designer
- Strong knowledge and work experience in utilizing enterprise features like Excel Services, Forms Services, Search and Business Data Catalog.
- SharePoint knowledge should include architectural design, server installation, management and troubleshooting with a focus on supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations
- Preferred experience in developing complex custom Web parts, event handlers, Features, Workflows, Content Types, custom Document Libraries, Lists and Issue Tracking Lists, KPI, Dashboard
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supporting SharePoint 2007 and 2010
- Knowledge of software development processes and best practices utilizing SharePoint and the Microsoft technology stack
- Experience with templates, site definitions, themes
- Expertise in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Analysis, Physical and Logical design, Resource Planning, Code development, Testing, Implementation and Maintenance.
- Expertise working in a project-oriented environment
- Experience in supporting .NET controls and custom web parts
- Experience with document and data retention using Content Types
- Experience in creating and publishing InfoPath 2010 forms - complexity level can vary
- Experience with process mapping, and process streamlining
- Experience assigning permission levels and security protocols
- Experience with custom branding using Master Page, HTML and CSS
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, self-directed, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Advanced level SharePoint 2010 Development skills with a track record of success delivering complex SharePoint applications
- Ability to work with customers and to translate requirements into technical design
- Research and investigate problems and develop viable solutions; report findings/recommendations clearly and effectively to team
- Experience writing PowerShell scripts for SharePoint Farm environment
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with Project Management
- Migration Experience from SharePoint 2010 to 2013
- Knowledge and Experience in Change Management, Capacity Management, Release Management, Configuration Management and other ISO/ITIL related processes.
- Good understanding of SharePoint Governance, Roles and responsibilities. (User and Technical)
- Experience with SharePoint 2013
- Experience with TFS (Team Foundation Server)
- Work experience as SharePoint Farm Administrator installing, configuring, and developing Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Farm
- Experience with SharePoint Central Administration Console
