and display scan resolts that they have made and so on ?

ime just not that used to google groupes but more like normal
forums where its seperated into sections and so on where i can browse around and
so on

This is identical to a normal forum. It just looks a little different and you use your google login id.
I.e. It has subject title based Threads of discussion. You may add images or whatever in your reply.
