I Need a Simple, but Complete PHP program that I can use

Sorry but reCaptcha and Captcha are confusing to me and I cannot
figure out how to get anything to work in it. I am trying hard to work
with PHP anyway; and when the code for reCaptcha comes into play, then
I really get confused.

I sure would like to use it though.

So, could a very simple but a complete little program be designed and
placed in a convenient location for those like me to use???
