http://dl.free.fr is a FTP through HTTP service, very useful for uploading big files. For recovering the files, Free uses a reCaptcha to be filled before downloading the files. As a user, I cannot see both words in the recaptcha window. I tried with another ISP (wifi) but there is no change. The error is "programming error - format of site key incorrect" or something like that. Is there anything that I could in order to have the captcha words appear again ? I live in Geneva (Switzerland) and Free is in France: people in France seem to get the right captchas. I was on the Free Users Association (ADUF) but they could not help. Thanks for your assistance.

No-one here can help you - you need to contact the owner of the site; sorry.

If that is, indeed, the case then the owner has specifically programmed it that way.

I rather suspect, however, that everyone's getting that message - I managed to get to the page that requires it and got the same message. Perhaps someone's changed the keys or accidentally fumbled something in the background.
