  <title type="text">reCaptcha is not validating</title>

  I&#39;m using a basic cgi mail form html and have inserted recaptcha &lt;br&gt; javascript code and the recaptcha image is visible and working. But in &lt;br&gt; testing the form, it validates no matter if the incorrect response to &lt;br&gt; the challenge is entered. The form submits successfully no matter &lt;br&gt; what. Any advice?   Now you brought me to an idea. &lt;br&gt; I already have a fakemail python listening script that intercepts &lt;br&gt; mails during sending. &lt;br&gt; I probably will write a python script that intercepts communication &lt;br&gt; with the recaptcha server and reply some fake response. &lt;br&gt; This would allow me to keep the system unmodified. &lt;br&gt; Thanks for that!

  Unfortunately that&#39;s where it&#39;s going to have to be done. &lt;br&gt; There&#39;s nothing like that available - you have to sort the test &lt;br&gt; harnesses out yourself.

  Thanks for the replies. &lt;br&gt; I wasn&#39;t asking how to skip this in symfony :) &lt;br&gt; I just hoped that reCaptcha provide some facility that allows dummy- &lt;br&gt; usage. Like for example a special public key &#39;xy&#39; that results always &lt;br&gt; in the same and known captcha code for instance. This would allow &lt;br&gt; testing integration of reCaptcha.

  You can set a specific cookie or query string parameter or UA string. &lt;br&gt; If the page see this, it will skip validation.   This part is developed in PHP with symfony as the framework. &lt;br&gt; I am not sure how to skip that since this is not a unit test but a &lt;br&gt; functional test where the component is used as it is. There is a fake &lt;br&gt; browser request and response, so I am testing the page, that passed &lt;br&gt; through the whole framework. &lt;br&gt; Hacking this would also cripple the entire dev environment if tested
