How to set up mailhide in a javascript?

Hi all!

I need some help with setting up Mailhide. It works on the homepage etc, but for other pages I have to change it in the header.js, as that includes the 'base' for the website. I added the HTML code, but as soon as I change it, the website doesn't work anymore, the layout is gone. Is there something I do wrong?

This is where I want to change it in my JavaScript:
document.write('E:  //here i want to put my mailhide html code//')
