I have changed the recaptcha to math captcha and i am no longer using recaptcha because recaptcha has a lot of bug and i was also facing this for the past 6 days and it hasn't been fixed so i changed it.

Google Recaptcha now sucks.

Enter your website URL without "http://". without "www" without "/" (at end of website name) . I mean simply add website name there for example , you can add "xyz.com". This will solve the problem

One of my domains already had a global recaptcha key. I ended up just using that one. You might want to check your other domains as well, if you have any.
