Spray gun for painting house?

I believe that overspray in the house usually dictates against using a spray
gun in the house. Also, I have yet to use a spray gun that effectively
sprays latex paint except an airless sprayer. I've used both conventional
spray guns and HVLP but in the end in most cases would not suggest spraying.
It's sound great until you run into the many practical problems.
