arts and crafts, stikcly and gree?

Hi
I hope I have then names correct. I just purchase a home and I am
planning on makeing some changes. I have a coffe table and some other
funiture that I builf from magazine articles. I would like move
information on this type of decoration. I have an exposed stairway going
into the basement. The railing and posts are painted pine. I am going to
replace them with something in oak and would like a book or other
resource to check for ideas.
