Q: Windsurfing in Morocco

Hi there,

North Europe is pretty cold in December we considered to go windsurfing
Morocco at christmas time. Do you guys know some windsurf centers over there
where we could rent surfgear and accomodation for one week? Other tips about
windsurfing in Morocco is also appreciated.

Yep, it seems that Essaouira is place to be for windsurfing in Morocco. I
tried to find some wind statistics from last winter and it seems that
december does not offer good with winds in Essaouira.

There was nice wind static chart at that page. Essaouira is good in
summmertime but in winter there's not much wind. It seem's that we have to
find some other windsurfing spot for christmas week.

Do you have any suggestions where should we go windsurfing late December in
europe or near? How about, Canary islands? They should be windy all year
round, right?

Malta seems nice so we took flights there. There should be some wind also in
