Howdy, I've just upgraded to a HD set top box and have installed an OTA antenna to pull in local HD broadcasts and improve FM reception (roof mounted Channel master 3016 connected via diplexer on satellite dish cable...total run from OTA antenna to stb is something just short of 100') . Help with T7/400

Can somebody please help me to get The Tennis Channel . I know it is hidden on T7/400 . I have T7 tuned up good, signal on channel 400 shows 90/85 but all I get is a blank screen.... When I turn 4DTV (920) on and off it blinks for about 2 seconds and is gone.... I would appreciate any help. Regards,... more »

Taipei International has just recently moved from Telstar5 to AMC4 as you might well already know. [link] We are SWAMPED with calls regarding the THOUSAND or so of installs that we have done all over mid to northern NJ in the last four years, and it's getting out of hand for us.... more »

I note that some of the Japanese domestic satellite TV service hardware ( eg: SkyPerfecTV [link] ) is quite cheap. Just wondering if this same hardware (or at least the tuner box) can be used in Australia for reception of any free-to-air satellite broadcasts (eg: C band on PAS-8).... more »

Moved into a place with a dish but no receiver. What do I do?

I recently moved into an apartment which has a Directv dish mounted on the roof. The dish is grey, about 18" in diameter, and in additon to the DirecTV logo it contains the letters KTV. The coax cable comes into the apartment from the satellite. Having no experience with satellite systems, what do I need to get this... more »
