Fashion TV HD channel

Can anyone with a HD MPG-4 receiver tell me if FTV-HD on G19 11929V is
encoded. I used to watch it with my PanSat-3500 before they went HD.

After the went HD the FTV web site indicate there was a $30 a month
subscription but I do not see any reference to that now. Before I shell
out ~$250.00 for a HD receiver I would like to be sure that I will be able
to view the channel.

Any help with this question would be greatly appreciated.

still there, scans as via-access encrypt, but is fta.
