If you are receiving signal, you should be fine in that vein. There
are no spot beams on US C-band satellites.
What may be happening is a mis-mapping of channels, or an
authorization issue or porblem.
There are some 920's that seem to be able to receive
channels with lower SR's, but there are no guarantees
that any of them will.
