Which Camera for Green Screen

I have a Panasonic HMC150 3ccd Camcorder and a Canon T3i DSLR. WHich
woud give me the best results for a green screen video? I would think
that the 3ccds would make the green screen key better but maybe the
larger sensor in the Canon would be better. ANyone have any idea? This
isnt for broadcast but is for a Sweet 16 intro video and I do want it
to look someone decent. Thanks in advance.

the 150, less problems with staircasing and much more ergonomically
friendly... ymmv
