OOOOHHHHH sounds like a macrovision problem to me. Newer VCR as well
as DVD players have a copy gard system called macrovision I know how
to turn it off on PC's but on standalone units ????? I have in the
past used signal amplifiers to increase the gain from the output
source to the recording source but this does degrade quality a bit.
