I want to clip a picture from a dvd. Webtv streaks the picture on most

if you have powerdevd on your computer just use the snapshot on that.
Often animations have a kind of doubled up image in between true
stills so it can take some getting right. plus I think it was a
de-interlacing or interlacing option in one of the art programs helped
to sharpen them up.
