I knew I shouldn't have bought this DVD from Agent Smith.
If your The Matrix DVD has more problems than Trinity trying to make a phone
call, help is on the way. Warner Brothers sold over 1.5 million DVDs in the
first two weeks. Now loyal Matrix-ites are being "rewarded" with problems
ranging from repeating scenes to DVD players freezing up entirely.
If Agents have infected your system, help is on the way. Check out
PCfriendly.com (Technical Support, then "3. DVD Title Help") for the 411 on
fixes and upgrades. The problem is that the DVD is a hybrid DVD-ROM, and the
Internet access features are FUBAR'ing some players. Jeez, isn't somebody
supposed to check this stuff in the lab?
Here's a hit list of some troublemaking DVD players: Emerson DVD2000; a
bunch of GE DVD Players; Panasonic 110, 120 and 310 series; Pioneer DV-500,
DV-414, DVL-90 and DVL-700; Samsung 709, 739 and 809 series; Sony 7000
series; Toshiba SD-3109; Yamaha C900; and Zenith DVD2200 and 2100. Somebody
said the Skynet T-1000, but we're not going to call on that one.

audio dropouts. Hmm, musta drank too much to notice it the first time. I
didn't notice the enter key thing, I'll have to check that too.
Is Warner Bros. replacing the DVD's?
