The exact time of full moon is July 2 at 8:39 a.m. NDT
so I guess the moonset at the end of the night of
July 1 will be the closest the visible moon will
be to full. That moonset will be at 4:46 a.m.
so I guess if looking over a hill maybe 4:30 a.m.
so prime minister Layton will just be getting to
bed in Ottawa, where it would be 3 a.m., after
Canada Day festivities, maybe. :-)
Maybe I will try to put together a Newfoundland
Pagan Society group trip to the powwow but I
doubt that will happen, but there are two or
three pretty good drummers among us not
including me yet (once I jammed with Jim and
Lillian Fidler and my mind was on a distant
problem, OK, sending new years waves to Vancouver
exactly at 4:30 a.m. here or midnight in Vancouver,
and I did poorly).
