Just purchased these gulf-front vacation condos. Since they have never
been in a rental program, most of '97 and all of '98 is available for
rental.

Enjoy the beauty and serenity of majestical sunsets, and views of Sanibel
and Captiva Islands. Located in Seascape these beautiful beachfront
vacation condos are located on the gulf of Mexico. Teal blue water,
dancing dolphins, manatees and warm white sand. All the seashells you can

The 6 acre complex named Seascape has swaying palms, a large Heated pool
overlooking the white sand Gulf beaches. On the bay side are fishing
docks, boat slips, a common party deck, several tennis courts, etc.

We have two one bedroom condos, in a clean and safe area, with spectacular
views of the beach from the lanai and a view of the tennis courts, bay and
mangroves from the rear. These vacation condos are located in separate
buildings with elevators, each on the 2nd floor of their 7 story complex.
Perfect for couples staying together, yet having their own space. Each air
conditioned unit is on the beachfront with a fully equipped kitchen
[microwave, dishwasher, etc.] washer & dryer, cable, phone, linens and
towels. Furnished & appointed to exacting specifications .

Rental Rates:
April 15 to December 15: $600/Weekly $2000/Monthly
December 15 to April 15: $950/Weekly $3000/Monthly
$250/security deposit. 25% deposit to hold reservation.
No pets and non-smokers only.

Must be able to enjoy a nice quiet setting with beautiful sunsets.
