Need recommendations of tours

We are a family of 4 from San Fran, CA.
2 adults and 2 children- 15 and 12.
2 adults and 2 children- 15 and 12.
Would like to take an escorted to Spain/ Morocco. And if Turkey is
possible in this tour it would be great Would like a tour duration
maybe of 10 days or so - maybe more.
Any recommendations of economical and safe escorted tours/ tour
companies ?
Has anyone been on any of these tours ?
Any pointers ? suggestions ? what we should not do ?
