Land tour in Europe - good agency

Does anyone has any experience (good or bad) on the following tour
operators? I am planning to take up one of them for my Europe trip in
Mar 97.

- Insight
- Trafalgar
- Europe Bound

If you know of any other good operator (preferably based in London or
Paris), please let me know. Better still tell me more about your
personal experience with them.

A few days ago someone was asking for a good hotel
in Sorrento.
I would like to recommend the Bellevue Syrene. I stayed
there for 5 nights in May of 1995 and loved it. I had a
junior suite (loft bedroom, beautiful tiled sitting room
and a balcony with a view of Naples and Vesuvius) at a cost
of 200,000 lire per night. More expensive than the one
Francesco recommended, but I thought it was worth the price.
One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at; friendly service and
elegant surroundings. Look forward to going back.
