We were compelled to stay at the Holiday Inn in Dublin in early May. The
Pub was fine, the food was OK. It was out of the way in a so so
neighborhood and way overpriced. They said they were centrally located when
I made my reservations so I accepted the high price. Once I found they
were a fifteen minute walk to anywhere, I was irked to the max. They
weren't prepared to adjust the price- period.

I could have stayed a stones throw from Grafton street for the same price.

Hi!
Next time choose Jury's Inn -
a great hotel for a very low price in the central area.

If you mean the Jury's In at Christchurch you have my full agreement.
I stayed there last time. Price/quality was very satisfying. In front
of Christchurch cathedral, in the Liberties area, a 5 minutes walk
from temple bar and 10 easy minutes to Grafton.

We also have stayed at Jury's Christchurch Hotel and I would recommend it
to anyone for a very enjoyable stay. We had just finished a 15 day tour
of Best of France with Trafalgar, which was very nice, but to return to
the food at Jury's was exceptional. I will never forget the roast lamb,
gravy and mint sauce the first night and, when I asked for bread to mop
the plate, the waiter fully understood my request.
I will never visit Dublin and stay anywhere else.
