The food on the Crown Princess was very good, including the meat dishes.
Although I found that you had to order your beef well done, if that was your
preference, and sometimes it still came back medium well with some red or
pink inside..at least it happened to me..
The pork always was well done. Seafood was excellent. Especially lobster and
Alaskan Snow Crab legs.

Thanks, Ken! We had a great time in NYC before the cruise. We always enjoy
visiting there for 3-4 days before a cruise when we have to leave from there
and never get enough of it!
I will tell Ed...someday when we are up that way again, he will have to join
you on Sandy Hook and reminisce about the *good old days*...I miss that part
of the country, especially at autumn time.
When's your next cruise?

You're welcome, Fred.
I don't know what you mean about Charles, though...You would like Charles if
you met him in person. He is a very nice man.
We really enjoyed cruising with him...It is too bad that people on rtc come
across so much differently than the way they are in real life.

Jean, glad the tinyurl worked for you. I have of course seen your
pictures and enjoyed reliving our cruise. The pictures of NY took me
way back in years, some very happy memories.

Whew! I loved looking at them all. That was a lot of nice pictures.
Ermalee
Sue,
THANK YOU for teaching me how to make a tiny url! ;-)
Glad they brought back happy memories!
--Jean
Thanks, Erm, glad you enjoyed them!
Now you get to bed so you will be ready to face that dentist tomorrow! <vbg>

You are welcome, it is a great site to use!!

Thanks for posting your pix. They are great! I really enjoyed seeing all
of the SGC folks having such a great time. Thanks for sharing.

I do suppose even though Princess wants to maintain similarity among the
ships, the Crown sounds as though it's a notch up from the Sun & Star. I'll
be reporting back on the Sun in about two weeks- I'm hoping it's improved
since last year.
You're welcome, Karen, I'm glad that you enjoyed them! Our group was small
but we got to do more things together that way as well as do things on our
own. It really was a lot of fun. Someday you must join us and find out for
yourself!

Strange to you maybe, because he is a straight shooter, which may appear to
some as abrupt...but corresponding by e-mail does not let you see any facial
expressions or let you in on a person's true personality...that is what does
Charles and many others on here injustice. It's when you actually meet and
face each other that you get to truly know the type of person one is and
Charles is one of the finest and has a good sense of humor.
As to your question, wouldn't you like to know???? <vbg> She has shown me
pictures of the *Queen* and she is quite the beauty...It is obvious how much
you care about her as her * house* is in such immaculate condition!
--Jean
Someday perhaps I will find out for myself.

How dare you call the Palace a house.............Good lord woman, if she
heard that.........But as you can see, every now and then the Queen must
pull her own weight. <g>
And yours too, Fred. Maybe mine in the near future. :-)

Now THAT's a picture that I would like to see! ;-)

Now that's a picture worth a thousand copy's
Ya think they'd sell? <g>
Ermalee
AARP just called.........What does that tell you? Now if I could get the 2
of you together........Excuse me.....Senior Living is calling
Did you sign up? I hear there are lots of advantages, but so far I
haven't found any that AAA or Government ID won't give me.
You want the two of us together? It's possible! We'll both be in
London on April 25th and for a few days afterward. Bring the Queen
and have a Kodak moment. :-)
