Nifty and all but I have a question....There were six seacons before, 5
combined for the robot mode and one became the gun, any of the smaller ones
could become any limb or the gun, so where's the sixth one? And why'd they
leave him out? I always thought the gun bit was a nifty kinda idea. :)

Coelagon is a better transliteration, since Skalor is a Coelocanth, one
of those living fossil species.

This is very interesting news, especially given that the Seacons were
the main Destron combiner and "grunt" forces in Masterforce. In that
show, however, Snaptrap was the only sentient member of the group (and
the one who kept getting away after the battle), and the rest were
just cannon fodder drones.

Did you notice how the Seacons never transformed to their robot modes either?
Hopefully they will do so in BWII.

Ok, that's cool and plausible. Besides, TF has always needed some more...
swashbuckling types... (Personally, given his name and his big knife in robot
mode, I use Bantor as a pirate)

I see this as something like a Mafia Don, this guy who holds big feasts for
his family whilst ordering a hit out on his rival.

Cool, a girl! "everything for the guy..." Let me guess, this is either gonna
be a minor Maximal, or one of the major Predacons. One way, she's
Blackarachnia, the other, Rampage.

Okay, I'm picturing a rather crusty old sea captain, the nautical equivalent
to Curly from "City Slickers"

TERRORMANDAR (SeaWing)

Ok, this guy is the kid-friendly comic relief. Most likely he'll annoy
Searagon up there to good humorous effect.

I know. However, "Scylla" is pronounced "si-la" in English,
while this squid TF is pronounced "Su-kyu-le" in Japanese.
That's why I used the greek spelling "Skylle" here ...

Both LioConvoy and Galavatron are guided to the ruin
that reminds me of the ruined Tokyo by the visionary

What I wanna know is, will they join Galvatron, or simply harass both
sides? Or be the BWII eqivalant of DinoForce?

Sounds like "Skylla" is the romanization to go with, then...

THIS oughtta be interesting. Wonder how the chunky toy'll be drawn in
the show... will we get a Minerva/Airazor slight proportion tweak, or a
full-on Blackarachnia remodel?

Here's what makes me think that DinoForcedom might be where these guys
are headed... well, that and the rather doofy feel that BWII has to it
in the first place.

Hey, where's Sea Phantom/Overbite?

Hmm... there's somthing like this in the RockMan/MegaMan games. There's
a character called CentaurMan. Every time I see his name printed in
English, even in Japanese games and products, it's spelled "CentaurMan".

Yet when I see his name spelled in katakana, it comes out
"KentaurosMan"... which is the Greek, right?

So how exactly does this help? Doesn't much. But it's something to think
about...

I just recently found a Japanese store that carries candy toys and comic
magazines... though the most recent Kabaya candy toys are for GaoGaiGar.
(Which I don't mind, actually... it's nice to have some of those robots,
even if they are small, simplified versions.) Maybe they'll start
getting in the Japanese BW Kabaya stuff later. (And then I'll feel a
mite silly having bought most of them at BotCon.)

I don't know if they have COMIC BON-BON... about how much does one of
those cost, anyway?

What did DinoForce do in the Japanese series? And why is Monstructor
the forgotten gestalt? I remember thinking how cool he was when I first
bought him, especially how all the gestalt kibble could be stored on the
shell's backplate.

> Hey, where's Sea Phantom/Overbite?

This is weird, considering that Overbite was the Seacon that broke when
I was little...the connector piece snapped. Just got a new one.

I like the new color scheme....much less garish than the G1 version.

My vote for Dinoforce spot goes to the Tripledecus Jointron "Brothers" (or is
that "The 3 Amigos!") right now... I mean, a Mariachi band?!

I most certainly does. Sun Ai OCS in Stockholm adds 50% to imported

Ah, so I was right--it WAS based on Scylla! Actually, I like your

It's highly possible that they just don't have the mold for that missing seacon
anymore. If you really really needed him I suppose you could just get the
american version and with a little recoloring he'll fit in with the others.

Well, that's the wonderful and infuriating thing about English... you
can get "S-kyu-leh" from "Scylle"... you can give "Scylle" a LOT of
different ways of saying the same letters...

I guess the mystery will FINALLY be solved when we hear the character's
name SAID on the show...

I have heard around $6-$7 American... I'd pay that much for BWII
stories, two RockMan stories (I assume there's no ROCKMAN DASH manga),
and the other ones I've heard about (Mario Bros.? Goemon?)... even if I
can't really read it.

How so? All that will tell us is how it's pronounced, which we already
