I went to TRU over the weekend and saw several things I'd like to have which
are part of my collections. The only problem is I have no way at the present
time to add them to my collections. What makes me mad is how many things
that come out have re-released figures added into what's new to force you to
again buy something you don't need. While I was there I saw the following:

- Cars 3 pack - called Cars 'Toons' or something similar - at least 3 I
needed at $11.99 a pop
- JLU metal figures 6 pack with new ones of Justice Lords GL, Flash and
Superman and old ones of WW, Batman and MM. $29.99, so basically I'd be
paying $10 a piece for what I needed.
- DCU Infinite Heroes box set including Capt Atom, Shazam and Luthor on
'sale' for $35.00
- DCU 2 packs including the pink costume Braniac $19.99
- WWE retro LJN figures at $12.99 a pop

Most of what I listed above had some remix of old characters added to it,
yet the price was for what you'd pay for them all, so technically you're
re-paying for something you already have. If the remix of characters were
free, and added as a bonus then that would be different. I've been having to
save to get the DCU BAF sets, but all the above were parts of the
collections I'd been collecting. It's just unbelievable how much they expect
you to pay for things lately, especially for single figures.
