I've seen the Holocaust figures in Walmart on discount for either $6 or $8 I
don't remember which. This is within the last week. I've seen the Ares BAF
sets as well. I couldn't afford to collect Marvel Legends anymore, but I
haven't seen them anywhere since the 2nd series of the Hulk set sat around
on the pegs forever.

I haven't seen the Holocaust wave but finally, the local Walmart has put
out some more of the Ares series and I picked up most of the figures
from it that I care about. Unfortunately, local Walmarts restock their
toy section, literally, 2-3x a year. Otherwise, it's all pegwarmers and
empty pegs for months at a time.

I've switched my interest to the DC series that's been coming out. I haven't
liked the ML line since they switched companies. The figures are smaller,
and they look way less detailed. The BAF is much smaller as well. If the
character has Caucasian skin, the skin looks like Chap Stik. Plus when they
went up on price that did it for me. It's hard enough to collect all that I
do and at $15 a pop that was too much. The DC figures aren't far behind
price-wise, but at least they're more like the earlier versions of the ML
line.

I don't care about the BAFs anyhow, I don't open anything so what point
is there? I buy what figures I want, which usually is 2-3 per wave and
the rest, I let sit on the pegs. I'm happier that way and I don't waste
money on things I couldn't care less about.
