One of the best Men's Open Finals in EEVB's 36 year history has been posted to the East End Volleyball YouTube Channel at [link] . The match was played in Hollywood, FL on Sunday April 20, 2013 between Adrian Carambula/Tyler Lesneski and Mark Van Zwieten/Piotr Marciniak. All 4 players including the Rox Volleyball sponsored Carambula make some unbelievable plays during the match. Sprout Watch Open Volleyball Tournament coming to Hilton Head

The Rider Sandal Big Shot Volleyball Series, presented in Hilton Head by Sprout Watches, will return to Hilton Head on May 4-5. Teams from throughout the East Coast will compete as they warm up for the 2013 summer season. Top male and female doubles teams will compete for $2,000 cash prizes plus a trip to the $8,000 Big Shot Championships September 7-8 at Bally’s Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. Tournament play will start at 9 am with women’s finals scheduled for 6 pm Saturday and men’s finals 12 noon on Sunday.. Admission is free for all spectators.... more »

4C Totally Light 2Go Big Shot Volleyball Coming to Siesta Key

The $75,000 4C Totally Light 2Go Big Shot Volleyball Series will bring beach volleyball players from throughout the US and Canada to Siesta Key April 27-28 for the 13th tournament in the 35 event 2013 season. The tournament last year brought 240 teams from 20 states and Canada to Siesta Key with the help of Gold Coast Eagle Distributors, The Boatyard Grill and the Sarasota County Parks Department. Let's face it. Every rule change is meant to promote longer rallies, because longer rallies are exciting. I've been playing indoor & out at a high level now since 1986. I've got three rule changes that I'm asking folks to kick around.

Hi all – Wanted to let you know about a project in development to help Denver metro recreational soccer and volleyball players connect with teams, drop-in opportunities and tournaments. The site, which we expect to launch in time for fall sign-ups, will be called Benchwarmers. The IVL is pleased to announce Kim Oden will be joining the coaching staff at the upcoming Adult Volleyball Clinic. Kim is a former Stanford All-American and a Two-time Olympian.
