Sam always has a 'puncher's chance' with that big serve and the relative improvement in Sam's patience over the forehand. He's at least looking for the right shot to unload on now and not just swinging blindly away. That shot discipline has made him a threat out there. Cilic's matches have been fairly physically taxing the last couple of rounds and Sam's stamina has always been a bit better than Cilic's... so, looks an even match... their matches have 'normally' been very, very close. Radio interview I heard in the afternoon, Cilic said today that a point here or there usually "is all Sam and I have in it."
