We need to get a humongeous class action suit going!
I thought you had the power to do this Dave?
People speaking honestly and openly. This is what Assange is dedicated to.
Julian Assange would approve of this post.
>Fry Assange!
you're a fucking Nazi.
I thought he is dealing in stolen goods which is illegal?
Nothing was stolen. The State Dept will confirm that none of their cables are
missing.
No. Information is not "goods". The Daniel Ellsberg trial said so.
this is the funny thing, all the politicians are yelling he should be
electrocuted, yet they can't pin a crime on him. Instead they've
rigged a false case in Sweden and somehow got an Interpol warrant for
it, so he gets some jail time.
the man has done nothing wrong except expose those who have. for that
they would kill him if they could, they still might!

Actually, the Ellsberg prosecution went belly-up due to gross
"prosecutorial misconduct" (the government is considered a monolith
for purposes of law, so shenanigans by others in government than the
actual prosecutors will be included in "prosecutorial misconduct")--
including the break-in at his psychiatrist's office by the Nixon White
House's "Plumbers" unit.
Maybe you're thinking of the _Times_ "Pentagon Papers" case, with
regard to the injunction secured by the Nixon Administration to get
"prior restraint" of publication, for the first time ever in the
US . . . .

Take a deep breath, take a walk, cool off, plot a bit, and serve
again.
If you steals information from your employer like that and they know
that, would they fire you or can you say information is not goods?
If you steals information from your employer like that and they know
"Those who have": You mean the Chinese government who ordered the attack
on Google?
Assange works for no one so his employment is not the issue. If a court has
found that information is not goods then that's about it really.
this extradiction is *nothing* to do with Wikileaks, it's about him
sexually assaulting 2 women. Problem is the chief Swedish prosecutor
dropped the case in September, BUT it was re-opened 2 weeks ago, after
pressure from a Swedish politician following Wikileaks' release ie.
it's really corrupt political oppression.
From what I read it appears the ladies were willing at the moment it
happened.

It depends whether my employer required me to sign a NDA which most do.
To my knowledge though Julian Assange did not sign one with the defense department.
Do you know differently?
duh?
it depends if I signed a NDA.
if not and they fired me i would sue their ass to high heaven.
free speech is never "goods".
let's put it this way....
ALL government prtoperty belongs to the PEOPLE.
If the government wants it secret it has to KEEP it secret.
Otherwise it is open season!!!
The assholes in the government are the ones who should be being attacked and jailed in that case and NOT
Julian Assange !!!!
yeas. and now it is the british who are KEEPING him in jail after he was ordered released on bail.
the swedes say they had nothing to do with that.
the long fucking arm of the CIA again ?
history shows the world is better off without those freedom fucking cockaroaches!
Good one :)
yup. he's being set up by the same people who KILLED that guy in Britian.
you know, the one they said slit his wrists and had his death inquiry squashed by
Tony Blairs room-mate.
All these fucking LIARS need to be exposed. Julian was doing that which is why he is
being falsely accused to shut him up!
oh yes Dr David Kelly, who told the truth that the British govt were
Sexing Up and lying about Iraq. Most reckon he was definitely killed.
Assange freed, not fried.
We aren't talking about the extradition.
Certainly the CIA or some other arm of the US government is behind
this. No coincidence that Assange happens to be accused again by
Sweden, which happens to have an extradition treaty with the US,
shortly after the US documents were leaked.
Just take a look at him. He lokks like a nancyboy. He could not rape
anyone, especially TWO women.
Something is very funny about this case. I do not trust him or those
who are after him. I do not trust anyone.
That means that you can go to - say - Walmart and take with you what you
want (without paying, of course) to because you never signed anything
saying that you would pay when you take something?
Hey, it's simply this: You cannot just steal whatsoever and say that you
are allowed to do that because that thing you stole is "evil".
Employer was just an example. The point is, the information he posted on
the internet was stolen (not by him, but that doesn't matter) from the
government. Or are you saying the government offered them (most is even
classified) to the people? The information was obtained ILLIGALLY
(regardless of what information it is)!
Profound and deep.
Sounds like something coming from the same author who wrote "you're so
dumb that you don't know how dumb you are"
ILLIGALLY, yes!
No that is NOT what it means. Taking "physical property" without permission is THEFT!
Publishing government "information" which belongs to the public is not.
What if they discover he is impotent or even a Eunuch or God forbid a raving homosexual!
No it was NOT obtained illegally.
the government=the public and the public has a right to that information.
Have you become a fan of mine?
And what is your opinion if it was meant "ILLEGALLY"?
LOLOLOL.
You cannot just steal goods, you can also steal information. And
stealing is illegal.
You mean he is a gay?
You don't need to have signed an NDA to not be allowed to take a
company's information and expose it.
WikiLeaks is set up to provide the "leaker" of documents complete anonymity. Assange denied that he encouraged Manning
to send the documents and likened his role to that of a reporter who discovers information.
"Security officers have a job to keep things secret, the press has the job to expose the public to the truth. So that is
our job. We're doing it. The fact that state department was not able to do their job is a matter for them," he said.
Wilileaks "stole" nothing.

It is NOT a crime to acquire and publish Public owned (government) information and make it Public because it freaking
belongs to the Public in the first place!
He looks gay to me.
Oh so now it is illegal to expose company information that you had
no idea as to it being allowed or not being allowed? If you are NOT
told it is not allowed how is it not allowed? By osmosis?
There seem to be at least 2 gays in Australia then ... ;-)
Oh so the laws protecting whistle blowers are nonsense then? I see I see.
Well, if the "things" were stolen, then they are not allowed to be
passed on ...
Nobody says Wikileaks stole something ... They just deal in stolen goods.
You think the information is allowed to be exposed while they are
classified? Time to go to bed, Dave.
Which laws protect whistle blowers?
I think you could be right but they do not intend to try him on any of
the sex charges. Once they get him to Sweden, they send him to the USA
where they can try him on other charges. A little torture and nancyboy
will confess to anything.
Nothing was stolen we settled that already. Call the defense department and ask them if anything is missing?
The answer is NO.
No. They deal in the dissemination of Public information much like the NYT did with
the Pentagon Papers. That was ruled to not be illegal. So is this not illegal although
they will make up something to try and say it is illegal and perhaps even pass new
laws and try and enforce them retrospectively but that is a mighty slippery slope
that is more than halfway to destroying all democracy. If that happens every
country in the world will be passing laws and demanding the USA extradite all their
dissidents who we have been protecting for decades. What will happen then?
Selective application when the USA wants somebody by none when somebody else
wants somebody?
Don't be an asshole.
The only way they are going to get rid of Assange is by assassination. Now that is
a real possibility.
who says it is classified? how do you really now it is legit? anyway even classified information is public property. it
is the responsibility of whoever classifies it to keep it private. if they can't, too fucking bad cause that is NOT a
crime.
Many many. You can start learning here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whistleblower
and here:
http://jobsearchtech.about.com/cs/labor_laws/a/whistle_blower_2.htm
LOL.
Go ahead living in your own world, Dave. I am not interested in this
political crap.
--
Say, how dumb are you, Whisper? Probably you are so dumb that you can't
realize that you are dumb.
You must know what you do ... Good luck. I am not interested in this
crap anymore. It was fun for me to see how the argumentation goes ... :-)
LOL, so it's your responsibility to keep your wife private and hold her
back from being fucked by everyone, and if you can't, "too fucking bad
'cause that is NOT a crime"? LOLOLOL. Maybe I should continue
"discussing" with you. That's hilarious!
Dave also has the power to make ATP punish Nadal for cheating! ;-)
that's correct. it's not a crime.
You should be hired as Assange's laywer as he is accused having raped
one of the 2 women which - as per you - is not raping but because the
woman just couldn't keep herself private enough. LOL.
anyone can make an accusation. i accuse you of being a fucktard. does that mean you are?
oh wait! it's Ali!
I am not saying Assange had raped the women or not. I am not interested
in that. But the point here is that you are so stupid that you would
play down raping as "someone could not keep himself (herself) private".
You are dumber than I thought.
BTW: I would be funny if we got to know more about Assange's alleged
rape via Wikileaks. LOL.
If you "raped" somebody would you let them stay in your apartment for more than a week after and continue to deal with
them like nothing happened?
Well, that is what happened.
Will any court of law consider that "rape" ?
I don't think so !
Let me tell you the reason for the later accusation is that she got jealous after she found out he was also fucking a
friend.
Women are like that. You can fuck them willingly until they find out you are two timing them and then it becomes rape!
ah ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
although not pleasant to say it, yeah, this is true. One woman spoke
to the other on the phone, found out she was being nobbed by Assange
as well and then *suddenly* it became a rape case.
PS. If this guy writes a book on picking up chicks from prison, it'll
be a best seller!
