because ATP feared that fed would run away with 20+ slams, and slowed
down the courts considerably

Low bounce. It was noted 375 times during the YEC. Somebody posted of a
graphic shown in commentary comparing the hieght to a real HC bounce.
Around 30 cm difference which is a lot.
