Any idea what Rafa will be seeded for Wimbledon? He is Number two now and if you take out Wimbledon points from last year the rankings stands at

ATP Rankings with Wimbledon points off:

1, Rafa, 7285
2, Murray 6890
3. Wawrinka, 6130
4. Djokovic, 5715

Wimbledon has its own formula that emphasizes grass results. If Fed makes the semis at Halle the top 4 will be Murray, Djok, Rafa, Fed. If Fed wins Halle, seedings will be Murray, DJok, Fed, Rafa. If Fed loses today he's the 5th seed.

Do ranking 3 & 4 follow certain rules in the draw to go with ranking 1&2? Or just random?

3 & 4 are essentially interchangeable. Can draw either 1 or 2 for the semis and any of 5-8 for the quarters.

I'd expect pairing 1&4 vs 2&3.

So there's actually some relevance to that match.

Who is Fed playing against and at what time?

Apart from one in top half and one in bottom half, it's random. #3 could
be in either half, but #4 will be in opposite half.

Does this mean #4 can be in either half but #3 will be in opposite half? :)

Yes... 3 and 4 are always random except the other one is never random.

Nadal's caught up with Murray on the odds.
Roger Federer 3.25
Andy Murray 5.0
Rafael Nadal 5.0
Novak Djokovic 7.0

That's about right. I would say the faves are:

1. Fed
2. Nadal
3. Murray(if Murray is healthy?)
4. Djokovic

But of course a lot will depend on the draw.

Interstingly Murray and Djokovic lead the USO odds. The bettors seem to think that at some point later in the year Murray and Djokovic will return but too late for Wimbledon.

Andy Murray 3.25
Novak Djokovic 3.75
Rafael Nadal 7.0
Roger Federer 7.0

Currently ranked 60.

The top four have been playing this alternately peaking musical chairs. Nadal tends to fall off in the later half the year more often that not. Federer had a long layoff. Nadal has always come back strong after his off periods and so has Federer after his first time off. Murray had a strong run last year and then fell off. Djokovic won all four slams and then has been a funk. May be there is an epectation that they too will at some point come back strong and that Nadal may have his cyclical fade again and may be Federer too as he ages.
