i've seen Roddick play live four times (one was an exo). in the
matches i've seen he's been content to serve huge and stay on the
baseline. its been boring, actually.
why
Like I said, I'm not a huge Roddick fan, but I'm thinking this could
be an interesting match.
Well, I've seen all of about 1 minute of this tournament, but it
sounds like Roddick played a smart second and third set yesterday and
Berdych is on a roll. So ... odds are a good match.
I like watching Berdych when he is on. He is the smoothest ballstriker
on the men's tour. Just effortless power.
Also, he has been moving and defending quite well in Miami.
You know Roddick's going to hit backhand slices till the cows come
home, right?

Yes, both were big factors in the Federer match. Berdych's bh slice
used to be pitiful but is passable now.

Well, I may get bored *during* the match, but as of right now I'm
looking forward to it. Let me have my glimmer of hope.
Did you not watch Indian Wells?
Yes, some. Best match involved Federer as I remember. But I don't
remember much else.
Oh, wow. Birdshit vs Rodduck. Riveting, Not.
i'll pick the bad man.
Thanks for letting us know this.

"So the ones who think I only concentrate on Grand Slams are wrong. I
try to win and play well in every tournament. The tough part in
Indian Wells and Miami is that it is best of three and that sort of
knockout tennis is brutal."
