According to her schedule thus far it looks like Kim is not retiring as
many thought next year. that's good news for Clijsters fans if she can
stay injury free in 2012.
i will be very interested to see how Kim plays against the rising star
Kvitova who says she plans to be in tip to shape by 2012's AO.

And her 2012 schedule tells you that she won't retire at the end of
2012?

Wow ...

LOL- what is with these replies? i said very clearly her 2012 schedule
indicates
she's not retiring NEXT year as many thought she would. that's 2012. not
2013. i couldn't have been more clear about this. i of course have no
clue about 2013.

But how can her 2012 schedule indicate that she doesn't retire at the
end of 2012?

That doesn't make any sense. Everyone knows she will play in 2012.
Olympics has been in the plans for years. You said she doesn't retire
in 2012, which would mean she will play in 2013. But apparently you
don't have any new info, but the same old info that she will most
likely retire next year.

That you could feel from Kim's 2012 schedule that she would not retire
at the end of 2012?
I mean - in you gut?

Are you saying that you thought she wouldn't be playing at all in 2012? I
don't follow the WTA much, but I was under the impression she was playing a
reduced year, and that it would probably be her final year.

jdeluise you nailed it regarding Kim playing a reduced schedule. hence
her retirement some time next year as many thought from things Kim said.
but that's all changed. looks like she may play a full year in 2012. but
only if she stays injury free. that's a big if.
