She has to play qualifying apparently. A lot of players like Kerber, Vinci, Woz, Cibulkova, Rads have spoken against her getting any wildcards and have been bitching in general about her.

All deserve a good arse whooping!

Stupid decision. The fans want to see Shrap, shoulda let her directly in.

Bad decision, she should not be allowed to play until she serves out the full suspension.

The CAS report says she did not cheat and they reduced her sentence to 15 months.

Take that up with CAS then. They didn't see any intention to dope just sloppiness. The drug was legal until end of 2015.

Totally agree, she's served her time and abided by the rules. If it was crazy super performance enhancing drug they'd have a point, from what can be seen it was plain stupidly and laziness on her behalf for taking it.

That's incorrect. Tsonga and Murray spoke out publicly against her main draw wildcard entry. Here are the players(men and women) who spoke out for and against:

And Murray is a born whiner and loser. So can't expect more from him.

Kerber already lost her #1 to pregnant Serena! Try and keep up.

By the way, Serena is planning on coming back after she has her child and with THIS field the way it is, she could come back and still dominate women like Pliskova, Halep, Cibulkova, Radwanska , etc.

Incredibly stupid decision. Like her or hate her Shara is a massive
drawcard & generates huge interest/revenue for tennis. She brings more
to the game than 100 of the bimbos ranked below her complaining about
'preferential treatment'.

I could see Serena playing even longer now that she'll have had a kid. The biological clock won't be ticking, so there's no personal reason to retire. She can play 6 tournaments a year til she's 38-40 and maybe pick off a slam or two.

It could be a great plus for the women's tour if a 20-year career with breaks for having a kid or two becomes the norm.

Yep. And she won her match today with impressive 11 aces. I wish Pliskova twins with their big serves step up as well. It would be fun to see Sharapova against Pliskovas. The current tour is so shitty that I wouldn't mind Azarenka and Kvitova back even though I care for neither.

Apparently Azarenka is aiming to come back around the USO time and Kvitova is trying her best to come back for the FO. Don't you read a newspaper? You didn't even know Serena had taken the #1 back! *rolls eyes*

I for one am happy Azarenka and Kvitova are coming back because I can't watch most of these mental midgets in the current WTA top ten.

Yes, and having a kid could motivate them even more as both Serena and Azarenka have stated recently that they would want to be a positive role model for their kids and show them that a person can do anything they set their mind to.

Ok, then read/watch ANY news! There is this thing called the internet! In addition to watching news shows like CNN and reading news online I still read a newspaper every day. I like holding a paper in my hand just as I prefer buying books rather than read them on something like Kindle.

We will see 36 years old Serena after the baby is born and when/how she will return to the tour.

No they aren't! Fitness wasn't the rage it was back then. As for Serena, she'll be back and kick the asses of these mental midgets. Same for Azarenka who is only 27. As I said, they both recently stated that they want to set a good example for their kids by showing them a person can do anything he/she sets her mind to. Serena said she can't wait for her kid to sit in her player's box and watch her play. There's no reason why a woman can't resume her tennis career after having a baby these days. They have all the fitness experts and trainers at their disposal. Look at Clijsters!

Just like most of the younger players on the men's tour most of these younger WTA players are hopeless.

Well both kids look a lot like me so if I factor that in we can go
99.999999999999999999999999999999%.

She's fluent & loves the culture. Over there they apologize if eg
trains are 1 minute late. The people are great, you never hear of
terrorist attacks etc over there.

I thought they commit suicide after being 1 minute off schedule?
Now they merely apologise? But I guess it's better, no need to be
that hard core.

I wonder why there are no terrorist attacks there. :D

Do they burn Indian immigrant students alive like they do in Australia? I hope not.

With Trump in charge there might be a terrorist attack there soon (from North Korea). He has been pissing them off a lot recently.

I am, but I never like to say 100% about anything in life because
nothing is 100% if you think about it. I'm happy to add as many '9''s
as you like to the 99.

Put it this way - I'm more certain I'm the father than anyone else on
earth can claim to be the father of their kids.

Is that 100% for you?

You can't say for sure you're the father of your kids even if they look
like you, because your father or brother may have fucked your wife. See
what I mean?

Not in the long term. They tire of you & go to another lover pretty
quickly.

A quote from a good friend of mine - 'It's a wise man who knows his father'.

(in kinda subtle way - big smiles & eyes).

Wow you are a sick puppy. My dad died long back and my brothers are not even in the same country. You have some mental issues if you have to doubt if your brother or father might have fucked your wife.

They don't have to if they can keep on cheating you with ease. It might be not be difficult to cheat a mullet-wearing-Police loving dickhead Croat.

That's a just a few redneck bogans. You get that in every country. The
odds of that happening are about the same as getting killed by a shark -
0.001% or thereabouts.

I'm actually a humble guy, but popular with everyone. I don't seek
popularity, but I think it's because I have a good sense of humor & take
very little seriously. I'm actually very comfortable being on my own &
usually prefer it, but at the same time everyone wants to include me in
everything.

My attitude is 'Don't sweat the small stuff - & it's all small stuff'.
It saddens me when people take life so seriously. It's way too short to
worry about trivial issues - & 99% of the things that frustrate most
people are really superficial/trivial. It's really the big ticket items
- cancer, death etc that warrant concern/worry.

Life is over before you know it, so just focus on the things that make
you feel good - like a nice cup of coffee, a good wine, a beautiful
woman, a good gym workout, tennis/golf, helping someone have a better
day with a few words of wisdom etc.

Oh I forgot - rst too. Obviously I enjoy the tennis banter here, & it's
fun interacting with people who, while being wrong in their beliefs, are
still tennis fans at the end of the day & very passionate. That's a
good thing.

: )

I haven't read all of this thread so it might have been mentioned
before. According to the BBC, because she didn't make the final in
Stuttgart she doesn't have enough ranking points to even get into FO
qualifying anyway.
