Yes. Although Murray could lose it next week, since he's defending
champion at Miami.

Waltz says that Nadal has 50% of his points to defend between now and the
French Open. He could easily drop to 5.

Yes. Fed loses 315 pts (360 -> 45).
Djoker loses only 90 (180 -> 90).
Murray loses 420 (600 -> 180).
Rafa loses 640 (1000 -> 360).

Murray, at 7255, was only 185 pts behind
Rafa's 7440. Since Rafa loses 220 pts
more than Murray at IW, he will drop to #4.

However at Miami, Murray is defending 1000,
Djoker 600, Fed 360 & Rafa just 180. So Rafa
& Murray are likely to swap places again.

Fed has actually increased his lead over Rafa
& Murray at IW!
