I always wondered why do you have to bow to someone else's protocol/culture when it conflicts with your own?

example. Japanese don't like to make eye contact. Here in the States you do. Why do I have to get offended but they get their way...

Anyway. Nuke Poland just do it.

Trump’s hand was extended or not is irrelevant to the protocol here.

-If anything, Trump’s confusion may have been that he doesn’t know or
