I would have posted that, if I was.

I don't care one bit about this. Even in his speech he said he'd
try to renegotiate a new climate deal, more favorable to America.
That sounds reasonable, so he's not even against a deal of some
sort.

However I'm sick of this
CO2 nonsense when oceans are being
destroyed with large plastics killing sea animals, and with micro
plastics entering food chain, and poisoning humans, affecting our
endocrine system. It's #1 threat, both for ecosystem and our
health.

#2 threat is food production, both animal and agricultural.
Hormones, antibiotics given to animals, that again affect us,
also pesticides and gmo in agriculture.

Only fools talk about CO2 that's essentially a harmless gas and
with earth going through its warmer and colder cycles anyway. But
even if it was all up up us, CO2 is still irrelevant in the grand
scheme of things.

Stop deforestation of jungle and you'd do a lot for CO2.

You think Trump is going to stop these things you mention?

No, probably not. I don't think he's the vitreous guy ever. But I
like him for being strong to reject false narratives. When you
shrug off lies, there is greater chance of truth prevailing.

But he's not omnipotent nor is his office.

If mainstream media moans only about CO2, politicians aren't even
pressured to take care of the oceans, forests and human food.

Also notice how much of the 'audience' looks like secret service guys...
The first US president to use paid 'supporters'?

...When he visited the FBI the reports said that people cheering for him
were not FBI but came with Trump to the scene. Very North Korea/Soviet
Union...

It was up to each of the 195 nations if they spent any money at all, or
how much they spent on research or any other aspect of climate change.
When the USA leaves the Accord - 3 years? - they can/will spend whatever
they wish on whatever aspect of climate change they want, just as they
have in the past. Trump's decision is unlikely to have much effect on
future research funding, in fact, some states, California & New York in
particular are promising to press on with renewable energy projects.

As much as I hate the orange clown - the decision to pull out of the Paris accord was the right thing to do. Hopefully this is the first step of the dismantling of this crazy climate change cult.

Some on the right say these climate investments are a waste because they
say climate change isn't occurring. Others on the left imply they are a
waste because they say we're already past the 'tipping point' before
which disastrous change could be prevented.

Are they both wrong?

Climate has always been changing and will always change.

The first question is how much of the climate warming since the mid-1800s is man-made. Until 1950 most certainly nothing at all. And in the last 20 years there was no warming whatsoever..

The next question is whether 1 or 2 more degree Celsius really would be bad, not even talking about "catastrophic". OK, Obama's and Gore's beach-side mansions would be underwater. Good!!

What made me change my mind in the climate change debate were the blatant lies of people like Michael Mann ("hide the decline; the infamous "hockey stick"), Al Gore and Barack Obama ("97 % of all scientists agree"). Those are people who either personally profit from the climate change cult or who are simply using everything available to reach their ideological goal - to tell other people how to live their lives. Typical "liberals" ...
